The alarm didn't ring

Open Settings, then Thankful Alarm, and make sure Alarms are allowed. Check that the alarm is switched on in the app. Alarms need iOS 26 or later.

I tapped Stop and nothing happened

Stop silences the alarm, as it does in the Clock app. Open Thankful Alarm and write your list to finish. Follow-up alarms ring every couple of minutes until you do.

Turn an alarm off

Open the alarm in the app and switch it off, or delete it. You are never locked in.

Restore a purchase

In the app, open Customize and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account.

Dictation isn't working

Allow Microphone and Speech Recognition for Thankful Alarm in Settings, or type your Morning Pages.
